PAYMENT: The cost of our week-long program is $1500.00 per person and includes seven night's accommodation at Casa Sirena Boutique Hotel, cooking classes, special excursions (that include some lunches and suppers), all breakfasts, and “happy hour” cocktails with the exception of leisure time. Airfare is not included. Ground and sea transportation is provided to and from the Cancun Airport to Isla Mujeres. A non-refundable $200.00 deposit of is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 90 days before the start of the program. There is no refund for class hours missed by participants. We gladly accept payment by credit card through Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. We also accept cash, money orders, and your personal checks. |

ITINERARY: Caribe Gathering reserves the right to alter its programs due to scheduling and/or weather conditions. CHEFS: Chef John Michael Lerma is your host for Caribe Gathering. Casa Sirena’s own renowned Chef Jose will conduct classes in traditional Mayan/ Yucatecan/Mexican cuisine. In event of illness or other reasons they will be replaced by other chefs of equal ability and talent. |
