CANCELLATION POLICY

*Email notice is required for reservation changes (no phone calls)

-Deposits are non-refundable.

-60 days or more prior to arrival date: payment can be refunded less a 10% service fee per room.

-30 to 60 days prior to arrival date: a gift certificate will be issued for a future Caribe Gathering for the full amount of your payment.

-Less than 30 days prior to arrival date: no refunds

CHANGE POLICY

If you do not cancel but only want to change your date and notify Caribe Gathering immediately: 

-60 days prior to arrival date: no charge if space is available.

-30–60 days prior to arrival date: $25 USD service fee per room if space is available.

-Less than 30 days prior to arrival date: $100 USD service fee per room if space is available.

-No refunds for late arrival.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Check-in time: 1:00 pm

Check-out time: 11:00 am

All guests must be over 21 years of age. Guests over 12 years of age are permitted only when entire Caribe Gathering (five rooms) is booked.

All guestrooms are non-smoking.

Pets are not permitted.

A safe deposit box is provided in each guestroom. You are encouraged to leave expensive jewelry and other valuables at home. Caribe Gathering and Casa Sirena Boutique Hotel are not responsible for loss of any personal items.

Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.

Casa Sirena Boutique Hotel is NOT handicapped-accessible and is NOT suitable for those who cannot comfortably climb stairs.

If a hurricane or other unforeseen circumstance makes it necessary to interrupt or cancel hotel services to any extent, we will do our best to provide alternate accommodations for current guests. We will assist those holding confirmed reservations to change dates at no charge. Travel insurance is recommended to protect your investment in your trip and protect you while you travel.

We do not have capacity for personal laundry.

Sunday is a day of rest for staff and management, and there are no hotel services except breakfast and cooking classes.
